Hafen Extra in Aurich

I was allowed to enjoy the meal today as a test eater. From ordering to delivery and consumption, it was superb. I give 5 stars to the Hafen Extra team! I'm looking forward to the next menu ...

As part of a test meal, I was able to enjoy the schnitzel with dippers and side salad. The food tasted very good to me. Only the cream sauce tasted a bit watery. Otherwise everything is good from packaging to collection and taste. I'm curious whether it can be increased.

I had the schnitzel with mushroom cream with dippers and a side salad. The schnitzel was less good. That means not crispy enough and the cream sauce not tasty enough. The side dish dippers were delicious. But could have been even spicier in taste and a little more of the portion size. The salad consisted only of lettuce. But great in taste. The schnitzel has 3 stars, the cream sauce 2 stars, the dippers 4 stars and the salad also 4 stars, so I get an average rating of 3 stars.

I had the extra burger with dippers. Personally, the burger bread was too dry and less crispy for me. The fries tasted too much like fat / deep fryer. But tasty, seasoned and crispy. The beef in the burger was too greasy, as was the onions. Overall, the burger tasted good, but too greasy, not very "fresh" and too dry.

Very nice restaurant with nice hosts. Before the main and dessert were very tasty also for the eye. This is the right place for those who want good taste-tasting food.

Very nice small but fine restaurant. The menu is also small, but fine, but leaves nothing to be desired. The food was excellent. The staff was very accommodating.

Superb! Cozy outdoor area with reasonable furniture, super friendly and fast service and above all: Really delicious food! Had Scholle Finkenwerder Art and Rumpsteak, both prepared to the point and rounded off with a little individual finesse by the chef! I can recommend without hesitation!

The service is very friendly and attentive. The menu is small but there is something for every taste. The steaks were on point .. Dirk and Elli are really passionate about it

Really really great restaurant !!! Super nice staff. The food is very, very tasty and the portions are large and everyone would be full of it :) Personally, I think the small menu is very good, because you can then make a better decision. The restaurant is also very nicely designed. Unfortunately a bit small, so you should make a reservation. I can only recommend it ❤️

Lovely little restaurant. Very nice service. Beautiful ambience and a very nice and clean toilet. In a small side street with parking in the immediate vicinity. The menu is very manageable and small, but this is a matter of sustainability and we very much appreciate it! But you have to know. We liked the food very much. Unfortunately we had to deduct a point for the following suggestions for improvement: - The fish, but also the potatoes that have been potatoes, oozed fat a little too much. Less is more. - The side salad was a dream, especially the delicious dressing. But here too, a little too much dressing. That will soften the salad a little too much. - The portions were way too big for us personally. We would have preferred smaller portions. Which of course should also be reflected in the price. But in itself there was nothing wrong with the prices for the main courses. - When the fish plate is served, it should be explained again which fish can be found where on the plate. - Unfortunately, the dessert was a bit of a disappointment. For the price of almost 14 euros we expected a homemade lavacake and tartufo. Neither was there, which is why the price was not proportionate for us. The dish was also described in such a way that you think you will find ALL the desserts in it, which unfortunately wasn't the case. Please do not get this wrong. That is complaining at a high level and we were all in all very satisfied. We would love to come back.

I stopped by today and wasn't disappointed! Fantastic food and very attentive and friendly service. The atmosphere was very inviting too! If we go on vacation here again, we'd love to come back!

Best restaurant in the area! Super tasty and balanced food. The prices are great. The staff is very attentive and child-friendly. We were in Norddeich for 2 weeks and still drove to Aurich 3 times to eat Absolutely worth it

On August 3rd, 2020 we visited the extra after seeing the display in the pedestrian zone. Small and fine, the first impression, which then passed into enthusiasm after the ordered meal. Everything freshly prepared of high quality, our order was salad, schnitzel, plaice and rump steak. I am a difficult guest, since my cooking experience is over 30 years, I have somewhat higher demands. Which have been fully fulfilled here. It was our first visit and we loved it. We ordered the fish plate and the hamburger from the small menu. Because the main courses were so delicious, we even ordered dessert. We highly recommend a visit.

Small, cozy restaurant with attentive service. We ate delicious, the ribbon noodles with grilled salmon were really good. The fully open kitchen welcomes guests who have forgotten the typical German opening times until 2:30 p.m. Here, too, there is still a belated opportunity to cultivate your hunger. We made a quick call and reserved a table. Recommended for several people, as it is small and cozy. Special requests for large and small girls were taken into account and the food tasted great. The atmosphere was perfect. Thanks for the great service!

A visit to the restaurant as you wish! By chance we discovered this small but very tastefully and lovingly furnished restaurant in a side street of the pedestrian zone. We loved the quality of the food (taste and how it was served) and the excellent service. For example, we had the opportunity to talk to the cook about our dishes (fish dishes). We remember this visit to the restaurant very well and can only recommend everyone to eat there. We would love to come back, unfortunately we live a little further away.

Come spontaneously and ate very tasty. Eaten very well from starter to main course for dessert. In addition, attentive service. We will be back!
